a Penticton retiree who lived to be 100, donated $100 000 to add a pool playing room to the existing facility one year after it had opened.

Fawcett insisted the room be named after the health supplement he used, sold and encouraged everyone to buy.

Pool playing, to this day, is played in the Barley Max Room at the PSDIC.
